Introducing Foothills Craft Brew Specialties
|
We here at the Blue Ridge Brewing Company strongly believe that fresh, local craft brews should be available for your drinking pleasure wherever you may choose to dine. Sadly, South Carolina state law currently prohibits a brewpub (like us) from selling craft brews to other establishments for resale if the brewpub serves in its' own brewery. Thankfully, we have a solution. |
In 2004 our sister pub, Foothills Brewing in Winston-Salem NC, opened its doors to the public and began serving quality hand
crafted beer following the same vision we follow here at Blue Ridge.
Our former brewmaster, Jamie Bartolomous, is the Brewer/VP at Foothills. Jay, our brewer, and Jamie have worked closely together for years and are immensely proud of our family of beers. |
|
Some are brewed at both brewpubs, like the Rainbow Trout ESB, the Total Eclipse Stout, and the Hurricane Hefeweisen. While none of the beer that is being distributed to other establishments in South Carolina is actually brewed here at Blue Ridge, we encourage you to try any of the Foothills Brand Microbrews that you come across. We promise the same hand crafted quality that you have come to know and love from the people that brought you Blue Ridge. | |
