These are the seasonal brews that we have done in recent history. Some from the very distant past have been left off, as there are no plans to bring them back.

The Ball & Chain IPA. Jay Simpson, our Brewmaster, concocted this recipe in celebration of his marriage during the summer of 2005. With tons of Columbus Bittering Hops and Chinook Hops for aroma, this is truly a beer drinker’s beer. Strong and Bitter, light in texture, it’s every hophead’s dream. |

The Brown Bag Ale. Brewed as a traditional English Style Brown, imported UK Malts and Hops give it the light body and a smooth flavor that you don’t expect from a darker brew.

Crazy Willy's Scotch Ale. Our Scotch Ale is rich in English Malts, giving it a very smooth flavor and body. Lightly hopped, it has an easy, bittersweet finish. |
Drunken Dog Dunkelweissen. Using chocolate wheat malt, caramel wheat malt, and traditional German grain and hops Jay has created a masterpiece. Smooth like the Hefeweisen but with a darker, more malty flavor, the Dunkelweisen is sure to please. |
Hurricane Hefeweissen. This German style wheat beer is unfiltered, and has a light body with hints of clove and banana in the finish. A great springtime beverage. |
Rye Patch Pale Ale. This seasonal is a lighter, crisper pale ale with a clean and dry finish. Small quantities of pale, wheat, and caramel malts are overshadowed by Chinook, Cascade, and Fuggles Hops.

Santa's Little Helper. This Oatmeal Porter is our Christmas time Seasonal. Using Galena Bittering Hops and lots of Chocolate Malt, this Robust Porter has a hearty body and a rich roasty flavor. It truly is hard to find a better porter. |
The Witches Brew. This one is a German Style Alt using imported German malts, Czech Saas and German Perle Hops. It has a medium body and a crisp hoppy finish. We usually brew this one up in the fall, around Halloween. | |
